The Process
A consultation meeting will be arranged with the client to discuss their requirements and initial ideas for the garden. This service usually lasts between 1-1.5 hrs depending on the size of the garden. At this stage garden measurements are taken and an initial budget can also be established.
A follow up visit is scheduled where you will be presented with a concept design. This gives the client a clear picture of the proposed design and an opportunity to discuss and amend elements of the design. A final plan will then be created in 3D. Once the client is satisfied with the plan and depending on the clients needs, we can then work with a number of quality landscapers to bring the plan to life. Alternatively if you want to do the garden yourself in your own time, we can create a staged plan and engage with suppliers on your behalf when the time is right.
Landscape Design for planning
Many councils in Ireland now request landscape plans for planning permission purposes. If you have been asked to submit a landscape plan, we can create this for you to meet the Councils requirements. Working directly with you or through engagement with your architect, we will create a landscape master plan with all the necessary details.
Landscape Plans for planning permission typically require a detailed landscape masterplan, including a hard landscaping plan, planting plan, details on boundary screening, etc
Our preference is to visit the proposed site, before creating a landscape plan for planning permission purposes.
